1. Why are you offering products made only from plant-based or man-made materials?
We at Warm Fuzzies Place believe that using plant-derived or man-made materials as oppose to animal based sources first and foremost, saves animal lives but is also vital for our environment, our health and ultimately, us humans. After all, humans are also animals. We believe in good choices and good feelings.
2. Which rugs are available on warm fuzzies place?
Rugs made entirely without animals products are not only cruelty-free and more environmental but in fact, often superior to the traditional wool or silk ones. Rugs made from natural fibers include jute, sisal and sea grass rugs that could also be mixed with cotton, viscose or chenille to achieve various textures and degrees of softness. Jute, sisal and sea grass are environmentally friendly, renewable plant materials and rugs from these fibers use fewer chemicals in production. Natural fiber rugs are flat-woven rugs - they have no pile and are often reversible. Rugs made from the synthetic materials such as Polypropylene and Polyester offer exceptional versatility. These man-made fibers are color fast, naturally stain resistant and durable. Polypropylene rugs work particularly well in rooms with a lot of foot traffic or a lot of light exposure. Polyester carpets, in addition to the durability and versatility, also offer exceptional softness and come in plush varieties and stylish designs. This is especially true when it comes to a new type of polyester called PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate). This new polyester made primarily out of recycled soda and water bottles, “ups the ante” in terms of looks and performance.
3. What is the recommended rug care?
Each rug you purchase at War Fuzzies Place will come with detailed instructions specific to that rug.
Natural fiber rugs require low setting vacuuming, preferably from different angles. If any loose strands appear, they should be carefully trimmed, rather than pulled. Any spills should be carefully blotted with damp cloth or cleaned professionally.
Synthetic rugs are easier to care for. They are naturally stain resistant and usually require little more than occasional spot cleaning and vacuuming with the vacuum appropriate to the specific rug's pile.
Indoor/Outdoor rugs can be occasionally scrubbed with soap and water solution and rinsed with the garden hose.
4. When will my card be charged for the purchase?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. we then confirm that the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. In rare cases when your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will inform you and let you know when it becomes available so that you can decide if you want to wait, cancel or order a different item.
5. What is your shipping policy?
If your ordered item  is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@warmfuzziesplace.com
6. What if my rug arrives damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to support@warmfuzziesplace.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
7. What is your cancellations & refund policy?
Buyers regret? No problem. You can cancel your order worry free within 48 hours. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. However, if you order has already shipped, you, unfortunately, will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
8. How does the Price Match Guarantee work?
We work very hard searching for the items that fit our ethical standards, are of high quality, stylish, modern and competitively priced. If you find another online store that offers the very same item a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund the difference. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
