Warm Fuzzies Place is committed to cruelty-free and eco-friendly products that celebrate the best in quality and design. We believe that using plant-derived or man-made materials, as opposed to animal-based sources, not only saves animal lives but is also vital for our environment, our health and, ultimately, our future. Everything we offer is 100% free of animal products.
We offer Free Shipping on all merchandise in the continental United States. All in-stock items are shipped quickly, always within a couple of days of placing an order. We send regular updates with the tracking number and are always happy to check on the status of a shipment.
We offer a 100% Price Match Guarantee. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that any online retailer, including ours, has a lower price for the same item within 6 months of your purchase, we will refund the difference to you.
We offer regular sales and special discounts on a wide range of selected merchandise, beyond what you’re likely to find elsewhere, including an Instant Rebate just for joining our mailing list.
We offer Easy Returns and Order Cancellations. All items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase and most items can be canceled within the first 24 hours of purchase without incurring any restocking fees.

What is your return policy?
You may return an item for a refund of the purchase price within 30 DAYS of delivery for any reason. Items eligible for return must be in the same condition it was delivered to you.
If you’re claiming the items are damaged, defective, or inaccurately colored please submit at least 1 picture of each item so we may issue you a call tag and waive the restocking fee. If upon return we determine that the damage or defect is due to usage, you will be responsible for the cost of the item plus all shipping charges.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return: Please contact us and we will issue you a return authorization. Once you have received a Return Authorization number, your return must be completed within 7 calendar days.
If you have chosen to use your own carrier, please send your return tracking number through our contact form. Include the order number, name on the order, and Return Authorization number. Be sure to save your shipping receipt and tracking number in case we have any questions. If we do not receive your tracking number we are not responsible for any delays in processing your credit.
Will I have to pay for the return shipping if I decide to return my item?
Yes. While we are happy to extend an offer of Free Shipping to on orders to our customers, we are not able to offer free shipping for returns. We do however discount our return shipping rates for your convenience and provide you with quick-print UPS return labels to make the process easier for you.
What are the shipping costs on the items I buy?
At Warm Fuzzies Place, shipping on items you order is always FREE to the contiguous United States.
We are happy to ship to Canada, but there is a 35% additional shipping charge. You will also be responsible for all duties, brokerage and customs fees upon delivery.
How will my item ship?
Packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. If you decide to get a different item, you would have to place a new order. Orders may only be canceled if the item has not yet left the warehouse.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee
- Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website
- The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
- The competitor must be an independent website and can not be a discounter, a marketplace or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
- The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer of the product in question
- The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax
